During this, Zika virus was confirmed in 67 patients, dengue in 121 and Chikungunya in 10 patients. Symptoms of Zika virus were present in all people.

According to ICMR, last year 84 per cent of the patients had fever and 78 per cent had symptoms of red rash on the body.
