‘Whether we stay or not, will remember this moment…’ KKR team and Sehwag expressed grief over the death of singer KK

New Delhi. Famous singer Krishnakumar Kunnath aka KK (Singer Krishnakumar Kunnath Passes Away) said goodbye to this world on Tuesday night. Many veterans expressed grief over his death, including former Indian opener Virender Sehwag. Apart from this, IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders mourned the death of KK by sharing the lines of one of his songs.

According to initial information, KK had gone to Kolkata to participate in an event. It is being told that his health deteriorated during the song itself. He was singing a song during a concert in a college in Kolkata. After his health deteriorated, he was taken to the hospital where he was declared brought dead. However, nothing has been given clearly about the reason for his death so far. Doctors say that the real reason will be known only after the post-mortem report comes.

Two-time IPL champion team Kolkata Knight Riders also expressed grief over the death of the singer. The team posted the lines of a song and wrote, ‘A very sad news from Kolkata. May your soul rest in peace KK.

Apart from Hindi and Bengali, KK also sang songs in Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam and Gujarati languages. His famous songs include ‘Tadap-Tadap Ke Is Dil Se’ from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, ‘Aankhon Mein Teri’ from Om Shanti Om, ‘Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai’ from Woh Lamhe, ‘Piya Aaye Na’ from Aashiqui 2. ‘ and ‘Tu Jo Mila’ from Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
