Moti Dungri is a special temple for the people of Jaipur. The temple has a special belief, due to which devotees reach here from every corner of the city. In fact, the people of Jaipur believe that immediately after buying a new vehicle, one should first bring it to this temple and worship it. Due to this the vehicle gives auspicious results. The idol of God installed in the temple was brought from Pihar Mavli, the queen of Raja Madho Singh I of Jaipur. It is believed that this statue is about five hundred years old. This statue was brought from Mavli to Jaipur by a Seth named Palliwal. This famous temple of Moti Dungri was built under the supervision of Palliwal Seth.
