Director Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra, made under the banner of Karan Johar, is going to be released across the country on 9 September. These days the boycott of this film is trending on social media. Along with the producer, everyone associated with this film was afraid that it might not have the same fate as that of Lalsingh Chaddha. Recently the pre-release screening of Brahmastra took place in Chennai. During this, famous filmmaker SS Rajamouli of South praised Ayan Mukerji’s film.
SS Rajamouli said about the film, Ayan dreamed of creating a world that we have never seen before. The wonderful world of weapons that we have read in our history and Puranas. We had heard about these weapons when we were kids, but have never seen their glory. This is what Ayan has dreamed of. It has been a long journey since 2014 and Ayan has been supported by Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna and Amit sir in this journey. Thank you so much for making me a part of this wonderful journey.
Rajamouli further said, creating a world that Ayan has created was not easy. Ayan has created a power which has some limits. He has given the scope of making a big villain. This is not a fairy tale but a commercial way of telling a tale of weapons. This is what I really liked about Brahmastra.
Bollywood’s superhit couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen together on the big screen for the first time through this film. Fans are eager to see their favorite couple together on the silver screen. The film will release nationwide on 9 September. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in lead roles. At the same time, actor Shahrukh Khan will be seen doing a cameo in the film.
