New Delhi. Rishabh Pant silenced his critics by scoring an unbeaten century in the last match of the three ODI series against England in Manchester. This is the first century of Pant’s ODI career. Anyway, the first century is special for any batsman. But, this innings of Pant was not only special for him, but also for Team India, because of his unbeaten 125 runs, India won the third ODI by 5 wickets and also won the ODI series 2-1 against England. When Rishabh Pant came to bat in Manchester ODI, then Team India was in trouble after losing 3 wickets for 38 runs. Pant first handled the troubled team by sharing a 34-run partnership with Suryakumar Yadav and after that along with Hardik Pandya gave the team victory. The partnership of 133 runs for the fifth wicket between the two pushed England back in the match and after that the English team could not make a comeback.
