- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 1 small avocado
- 1 green apple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Cut the apple into small pieces and also cut the frozen banana into pieces.
2. Put almond milk, spinach, avocado, apple, banana and chia seeds in the mixer jar.
3. Stir well till it becomes smooth and take it out in a glass.
Garnish with 4 apples and chopped banana and serve.
