Kangana Ranaut furious over Karan Johar’s statement ‘Hindi seemed downmarket’, said this

Mumbai: The tussle between Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut is not new to anyone. Kangana had accused Karan Johar of promoting nepotism in his own celebrity chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’. After this, on several occasions, the actress was seen openly targeting the filmmaker. Now once again Kangana Ranaut has targeted Karan Johar without naming him and this time the reason has been the film maker’s statement on ‘Hindi’.

Actually, Karan Johar wrote in his book ‘An Unsuitable Boy’ that he could not tolerate Aditya Chopra, because he used to talk in Hindi. He also told in his book that when he was young, he felt that Hindi was downmarket. He even used to tell his mother that he used to ask his mother not to send him to Aditya’s house, because he only talks in Hindi.

Now Kangana has shared a screenshot of the news published on a portal and has targeted Karan by referring to his statement. Sharing a screenshot of this news on her Instagram story, Kangana Ranaut wrote in the caption- ‘My fight is not with any particular person, my fight is with mentality. I have, to a large extent, countered this kind of thinking for the Hindi speaking people of the small town.’

This post of Kangana is now in discussion. Kangana has often been targeting Karan Johar and some Bollywood stars. She also keeps her words openly on social media. Significantly, Kangana had attended Karan Johar’s show Koffee with Karan with Saif Ali Khan and during this time she even called the filmmaker a movie mafia.
