Component:
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Boiled Noodles – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 2
Onion chopped – 1
Capsicum – 1
Cabbage chopped – 1/4
Green chili chopped – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 3 tbsp
Paneer – 1/4 cup
Paneer grated – 1/4 cup
oil as required
salt – as per taste
Process:
Step 1: To make Chinese Veg Roll, firstly, in a big bowl, add refined flour. Knead a soft dough by adding one teaspoon oil, salt as per taste and water.
Step 2: After this cover the flour with a cloth and keep it aside.
Step 3: Now take boiled potatoes, peel them and mash them in a mixing bowl. Then add chaat masala, chopped green chilies and salt to the potatoes.
Step 4: After this, make equal quantity of balls by taking the kneaded dough. Then make thin rotis out of it.
Step 5: Now take a wok and put 1 tbsp oil in it and let it heat on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum and fry till it becomes soft.
Step 6: Now add boiled noodles, black pepper and salt to taste and fry. After that take them out in a vessel and keep aside.
Step 7: Now take a non stick pan / tawa, put some oil in it and fry the rotis from both the sides.
Step 8: After this place the roti in a flat plate and add schezwan sauce, boiled potato mixture, noodles mixture, grated cheese and tomato sauce.
Step 9: After this roll the rotis. Then wrap the rolls in aluminum foil. Similarly prepare rolls from all the rotis and stuffing.
