Change in Visa on Arrival Rules in Thailand 

 

Starting from 27 September 2016, Thailand, by the order of Ministry of Interior No. 30 B.E. 2559 (2016) dated 1 July B.E. 2559 (2016), will increase its VoA fee from 1,000 to 2,000 THB. Tourists from Andorra, Bulgaria, Bhutan, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan are entitled to apply for VoA at 42 designated

Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi organized the famous Thai festival of Loi Krathong ( known as Festival of Lights ) in New Delhi on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Raddisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi.

Thailand, new wedding destination for Indians

Wedding Planners to weave new dreams after sampling new destinations in Thailand

Thailand remains the top destination wedding destination for Indians with nearly 200 Indian couples choosing to tie the knot in the Land of Smiles during 2014.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand’s offices in Mumbai and Delhi have collaborated to cement Thailand’s position in this segment and also to drive demand among the segment’s stakeholders. The first link in the chain, of course, are wedding planners given that they are in a strong position to recommend destinations to to-be-weds considering a destination wedding.
