Korea Travel Roadshow 2015

KOREA TOURISM ORGANIZATION (KTO) TO ORGANIZE ANNUAL INCENTIVE ROADSHOW IN MUMBAI IN APRIL 2015

Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) will be organizing its annual Incentive roadshow in Mumbai on 9th April 2015 at the Trident Nariman Point hotel. The roadshow will begin with a half day travel mart and will be concluded with a special gala evening for networking. More than 200 guests are expected to attend the event overall.

A total of 10 exhibiting companies including regional tourism boards, DMC’s and performance group will be showcasing their products and offerings during the travel mart giving an opportunity to the Mumbai travel agents to develop new products for the clients. The gala night would be attended by the who’s who of the travel trade from Mumbai including top corporates, MICE travel agencies and media. The evening will be brought alive with a live performance by Korean traditional music group and the show will conclude with a lucky draw session with attractive give away and prizes.

While they are visiting Mumbai, the Korean delegation of regional tourism boards & DMC’s will also participate with KTO at the popular MICE Travel Mart taking place in Mumbai on 10th April. Through this exercise, KTO plans to maximise its outreach in Mumbai to a larger set of travel agents and corporate making it an exhaustive MICE marketing initiative to tap business from Mumbai region.

With our diverse array of offerings, our road show is sure to generate a lot of interest for MICE business for the year 2015. Last year South Korea received approx. 146,000 Indian travellers out of which approximately 25% travelled for MICE and related activities
